The shipping services used for United States orders is United States Postal Service, first class shipping or priority shipping. Depending on weight of item depends on the shipping service used. The time for items to arrive depends on location but usually within 3-7 days, it should arrive. However all items are shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So if orders are placed after those days it will be shipping the following week. All orders are at default for USPS First Class mail, however it can be upgraded to Priority upon request and additional fees. Please message me if you need an item faster.

Usually custom order vary depending on inventory for supplies. If I have supplies to make item, one week, if not 4-5 weeks, depending on supplier for materials I use.

Well shipping fees depend on weight of item ^^ However most of my jewelry weigh about the same ^^; So for inland shipping [USA] cost is usually $1-$5. If weight is between 1oz - 1lb. This is for 5-10 day shipping service. For 2-3 days w/tracking cost minimum is $4-$8. If weight is between 1oz - 1lb. Also total weight varies slightly depending on packageing, bubble wrap, etc ^^; So weight of jewelry plus packaging weight is factored :) For international buyers price is more costly. For 2-4 weeks shipping [airmail, no tracking] cost is $3-$9 for 1oz-1lb. For 5-10 days [priority mail, tracking] cost is $13-$15, usually. If you NEED item with 1-2 days shipping can be very high, from $27-$50 ^^; But i think this is only for emergency items, not needs for regular sale.

On my item listings I only provide shipping fees for United States of America residents, but if you want to buy from my store & you live outside of this country thats fine too :D I will ship internationally upon request, please e-mail me first before buying if you live outside, so I can check shipping prices ^^ So, we shipping everywhere :O BUT, for Italy, South America, & Africa I cannot be responsible for lost of item if you DO NOT tell me to put tracking & registered package ^^ Average cost for tracking & registered shipping is $13-15 dollars :)

Gift wrapping for items cannot be done :( Due to customs & postal office openning them. I do sell jewelry boxes with items. All jewelry item come with FREE gift bag. If you want chinese silk pouch box, it is available w/purchase of earrings, necklace, ring, or cellphone strap. With additional charge of $4.00 per box. [this includes shipping fees for the box.] If you buy set of jewelry or jewelry too large for bag or pouch box then I can get large square/rectangle box. With additional charge of $6.00 per box. [this includes shipping cost for the box.] Boxes, pouches, and bags are NOT sold seperately.
